What a great idea for spending a day! We took our 22-year-old son, along with his friends, out for half the day. The pontoonboat was wonderful as was the whole day. Rob was wonderful and everyone had an amazing time.
We will bring you as close to dolphins and as safe as possible. The dolphins will decide how close or far they want to be able to interact with them. During the second leg of your excursion, you’ll come across the best of what St Andrews Bay has to offer in terms of wildlife. Explore Shell Island for sand dollars and shells. You can also go snorkeling on grass flats and explore St. Andrews Bay along the Gulf of Mexico.
You will be visiting Panama City Pass, and exploring the area where St. Andrews Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico during your excursion. You will see many dolphins here, and we will show you how to interact with them in water.
Our boats are actually dive boats. Children will love seeing the dolphins, and being able to snorkel in the sea like SCUBA divers.
We can accommodate a maximum group size of 13 per boat, for a maximum of 12. If you have a larger party, though, we can make arrangements with our local partners.
It was a great time. Captain was amazing. The captain even showed us a jelly fish that doesn’t sting. We stopped at a shell island with lots of shells. We had a great time and we will be back.

Your captain will show you the best way to enter the water and see the dolphins up close. It is against the law to reach out to dolphins or swim towards them. The best way to interact with dolphins is to swim parallel with them, and then let them come towards you.
