Beam Coping Machine Attachment

Because we care about making fabrication tasks smooth and efficient, this Robotic Coping and Profiling beam was created. It is capable of processing square tubes, channel bars, angle bars, square tubes, but also pipes, T-bars, plates, and bulbs. Our Coping and profiling robots can perform a wide variety of functions on your pipe cuts/profiles. They are an efficient tooling system with unmatched quality. These outputs may be H, T beams, U or L channels.

These two features have been designed to improve cutting precision. They are not standard on beam coping machines. Voortman comes with them.

Voortman beam copier machine is equipped to position the torch head precisely within flanges. In the event that the torchhead comes in contact with an unanticipated obstruction, such slag buildup, the closed loop allows it to separate.

This safety mechanism increases the time between tip and head wear and prevents costly torch tip changes and repairs.

The machine is currently in storage and can be delivered immediately. Additional cost can be incurred for factory-trained technicians to install and operate the machine.

These two features are designed to increase the accuracy of cuts and are not present on all beam-coping machines. Voortman does include them.

Voortman uses a long torch nozzle that is specially designed to reach the inside of Flanges. These can be supplied in various sizes depending on what thickness of material needs to be cut. Also, torch tips are gas-specific, so please let us know what gas you are using.
