GSS Mchinery offers a range of double-acting hydraulic punches that can be used to quickly produce holes in various materials, such as angle, channel, beam flanges, bars stock, plates, and channels.
Our range of portable, double-acting hydraulic punches has a 27mm diameter, a maximum thickness 13mm in steel and a maximum throat depth of 60mm.
Our Porta Punch is the fastest and most efficient way to punch out 13/16" round holes in 3/8” thick mild steel. It has a MAXIMUM Tensile Strength of 65,000 PSI.
Compact design, powered by a hydraulic pump, making it easy to drill holes. It allows the maximum output of 49 tons, maximum pressure of 10,000 psi, and weighs 63 lbs. It comes with optional accessories: hose cord assembly, spanner, sub handle assembly, toolbox, 22mm push and die, 4mm Allen wrench, lockout assembly, and spring balancer.
Some maintenance tips are: Always clean your punch and die. Although they don’t require lubrication to last longer, cleaning can improve their durability. Enerpac Oil should be used in both punches as well as pumps. At all times, match punch and the die. When you are performing operations, ensure that your dies have wider openings so they point downwards. Make sure you immediately change worn-out, cracked, or chipped dies. To prevent cracks when processing materials, make sure you have the right lifting force.
It can punch any shape of holes, such as square, round or rectangular, H type e.t.c, in a square rectangular tube flat, flat, or angle.
Gulf States Saw & Machine Co. is the ideal solution for hydraulic punching machines, suitable for a swift and precise punch of any specially-shaped holes like rectangular, square, H type e.t.c in various steels, brass, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and many more. Our range of portable double-acting hydraulic punches is used in several industries for multiple operations.
This machine is equipped with a dual action model, which reduces cycle times. The compact design also makes it possible to minimize material handling. This allows for more efficient holes than other processes.

A knockout punch, also known as a chassis punch, panel punch, Greenlee punch, or Q-max in metalworking, is a hand tool used to punch a hole through sheet metal. It is a simple tool made up of a punch, die, and screw.
Hydraulic punches are used to create round, square, or oblong holes in metal. They are intended for use with mild steel, nonferrous metals, and some plastics (non-shattering). Hydraulic punches can be powered by hand pumps, air/hydraulic, gas, or electric pumps capable of producing up to 10,000 psi (700 bar).
A hole punch, also known as a hole puncher or paper puncher, is an office tool used to create holes in sheets of paper, typically for the purpose of storing the sheets in a binder or folder.
