You can cancel your cruise at any moment if you're concerned about inclement Weather, but it's best to do so last-minute. The Island Time management should make the decision. Bad weather cancels trips. If this happens, you have the options to cancel, reschedule and get refunded.
We are well-known for our Rum Punch. However, we also have beer and wine on hand. All our snacks are under $2.00. The ship has a bathroom. Your Island Time sailing adventure will be a memorable one with our experienced crew.
As if you were heading to Captain Anderson's, turn onto North Lagoon. Continue on North Lagoon past their parking lot and past the Lighthouse Marina. You will find us on your right side, underneath the trees/down the gravel road. Our company name will be displayed on signs.
We had a wonderful time on the catamaran looking out for dolphins, snorkeling and paddle-boarding. Staff was excellent! We also saw a lot of stingrays and dolphins. Although there weren't many fish to snorkel, it was still quite fun.

Dolphins are wild animals and can be found in their natural habitat. Polarized sunglasses can be used to block the sun's glare to help you see the dolphins. It is very rare for us to see dolphins.
North Lagoon will be your destination. After you turn left, you will go past their parking lots and the Lighthouse Marina. On the right side of the road, we will be under the trees/down on a gravel road. We will have signs displaying our company name.
Shell Island is seven miles of undeveloped scenery between the Gulf and St. Andrew Bay. At one point, Shell Island was inhabited by Native Americans, Spanish Settlers, and even pirates.
Once you get there it is all worth it, as it is the most beautiful water I've ever seen. It is like you are swimming in a pool. It is so crystal clear. We didn't know what to expect so we went planning to spend a few hours on the island. Come expecting to spend all day!
Shell Island is a nature preserve with no restrooms or any other visitor facilities such as trash receptacles, picnic tables, or shade pavilions. There is no trash removal service. Island visitors are asked to be responsible and take everything they bring to the Island with them when they leave.
Shell Island has a fascinating amount of local wildlife including dolphins, loggerhead turtles, green sea turtles, ghost crabs, beach mice, nine-banded armadillos, alligators that live in the lake on the island, marsh rabbits, racoons and more.
