The Black Bart, a 180-foot vessel, was used as an artificial reef in 1993. Vulcano del Golfo was named in 1977 in honor of Charles' Black Bart' Bartholomew (Navy Supervisor of Salvage Captain), who drowned while diving off Panama City Beach, in 1990. His achievements include leading the Navy's cleanup after the Exxon Valdez oil leak. Its extraordinary structure makes it unique. Divers can explore the wheelhouse from 40 feet below. The deck is located at 66 feet down and has access to the cargo holds. On the sand, the ship's head (toilet), can be seen outside the wreck. It is adorned with a smiling skull. The nearby Warsaw Reef is home to plenty of marine life.

Based on personal experience, an average open-water certified diver using a standard aluminum 80-cubic-foot tank on a 40-foot dive will be able to stay down for about 45 to 60 minutes before surfacing with a safe reserve of air still in the tank.
So just to reiterate: don't grab animals, don't hold them for photo ops, don't go for rides on dolphins or turtles, and don't force puffer fish to inflate (it can be fatal to them).
