It is the same software that is found on the machine itself and is the same software used on the CNC Drill Line and all Voortman CNC fabricating machinery.

Voortman AccuMeasure Roller Feed measurement machine offers different saw measurements. AccuMeasure is flexible in handling and has a simplified CNC solution. Splitting apart a saw and drill allows each machine to work simultaneously, increasing production.

Frequently Asked Questions

Drilling lines are used for lifting or lowering the drill pipe into the wellbore. They present a challenging application for wire ropes with repetitive high-load bending over sheaves.

Codes do not specify beam dimensions. These requirements are related to reinforced concrete beams' width-depth ratio. As a general rule, it is best to use depths that are two-and-a-half to three times the beam width. It is more economical to use narrower sections for long-span beams.

This can be avoided by using a well-designed concrete beam or increasing concrete's compression strength by adding steel reinforcement to the compression side or by increasing the beam geometry.

The span and loading conditions will determine the beam's overall depth. For simple supported beams, it can be taken to be between 1/12 and 1/15 of their span.

Step one is to determine the beam's total load and live load. Identify the type of load that you are supporting (roof, floor, or non-snow) and then choose the span you require. Match the live load and total loads to the values in the tables. You will see the thickness and depth of each required member.
