Victory Rail CNC plasma systems feature floor-mounted, knee high rails, dual side drive steel gantry systems that ride over a water cutting or downdraft bed. Full sheets of 3" plate are supported from 5' x 10’ to 10’ x 30’. The dual-side drive system includes all Hypertherm components including the EDGEConnect TC Controller and your choice between HPR or XPR Plasmas with Autogas, True Hole and plasma engraving. These machines can be used over existing cutting tables and buyer-built cutting tables. Victory will provide drawings to help build buyer-built work tables. There are many options: 3/4hp CNC drilling, multiple oxyfuel torches and multiple plasma cutters. A 12" outboard tube cutter is also available. SnapLoc straight-line bevel and off-table cutting can also be used. Systems start at $162,000.70 with XPR170.
Victory also stocks Thermal Dynamics plasmas, from the standard-definition Cutmasters, Auto-Cuts, and the high-definition Ultra-Cut XTs. Thermal Dynamics plasma cutters are also compatible with our Victory II controller.
Victory also sells Thermal Dynamics plasmas ranging in resolution from the low-definition Cutmaster, Auto-Cuts and high-definition Ultra-Cut XTs. Thermal Dynamics plasma cutting systems include the Victory II control.

Victory TS is a CNC plasma cutting machine that can be used for light-duty applications. It is based on Victory’s industrial systems. The dual-side drive system, made from 10-gauge Steel, is constructed. The TS is a welded tube with a solidly attached gantry. The unit is complete and ready to use. Before delivery, the plasma and controller are installed and tested. Victory Unitized CNC Plasma System has a work table with a double-frame structural frame that houses a 3/16'' walled tub and is mounted on a W4x13 frame.
Gulf States Saw & Machine Co.'s Conventional Plasma Tables can be used in the same way as the HD Plasma Tables. But, unlike the High Definition Plasma Cutting Tables, it is controlled by CNC technology. It is important to consider the type of operation you will be running before deciding which plasma table is suitable for fabrication. How does the Conventional Plasma Table work?
All of our installations come with on-site training for no additional cost. All CNC plasma systems have remote login so you can log in and get help whenever you need it. Service technicians are available by telephone or internet for technical support, diagnosing, and assistance. We provide field service, whether or not covered by warranty.
