We'll get you in the sea before the dolphins arrive. The dolphins will be more likely to swim towards us than away, this way. Panama City Beach Snorkeling & Dolphin Tours LLC can only carry 6 people (children included). With our snorkel gear on, we can quickly get you into the water without causing any splashing or disruptions. We also don't have to worry about the dolphins being scared away by large groups. There are 5 boats that can be used for larger groups. Maximum 6 people per boat. For up to 15 persons, we also offer a Large Family Dolphin.

Our 21-foot and 23 foot Carolina Skiffs are stable, comfortable and stable. The boat has a central console design that maximizes open space and allows for easy movement. Under the Marine Mammal Protection Act, swimming with spinner dolphins at rest could be considered "harassment." This Act prohibits any act that could disrupt the behavior of a marine mammal by causing torment, harassment, or other nuisances.
The wildest dolphins will bite when they're angry, frustrated or afraid. They will bite if they see people swimming with them. Dolphins who have become career hustlers can be aggressive, pushy and threatening if the handouts they aren't getting are not forthcoming.
