Victory Bridge CNC plasma system has a floor-mounted dual side drive welded bridge that can be mounted over a water cutting or downdraft bed. This system supports full sheets 3" plate from 5' x 10’ to 20'x 100'. These machines are also available without a cutting table to be used over existing or custom-built cutting tables. Victory can provide drawings from the factory for any buyer-built worktables. This system comes complete with all Hypertherm plasma components. It includes the bridge mounted EDGE Connect TC Controller, HPR and XPR plasma cutters. Autogas, True Hole and plasma marking. The options include a 3/4hp to 3hp CNC drill and multiple oxy-fuel torchers. A 16-inch diameter outboard tube cutter, a 5-axis full contour, or SnapLoc straightline bevel, as well as a 3- or 4-hp CNC drill. Systems starting at $189,000.

All our installations include free on-site instruction. Our CNC plasma system allows remote login for training and troubleshooting. Telephone and Internet service are available to provide technical support, diagnostics, or assistance. We offer field service, either within or without warranty.

The Victory TS is a lighter-duty version of our industrial CNC systems. The TS is a great choice for trade schools and those who are looking for a lighter industrial plasma cutter system. Victory TS is a complete system. It features a welded water/down draft table that supports full sheets of 1” plate, adjustable water levels and an all-steel Gantry. The Victory enclosure also includes a Hypertherm EDGE connect controller, dual-side servo drive, and Hypertherm EDGE Connect controller. You can choose any Hypertherm air plasma. You can choose from a 5'x10', 6'x10" or 6'x12’ with a water cutting or downdraft bed. This is not to be confused with a bolt-together, stepper-powered hobby table. System prices start at $49 700 with PM45. You have the option of an ox-fuel torch or ProNest LT.

We include optional features in our CNC Plasma Systems that are not available from other manufacturers. While some manufacturers will try to install on your factory floors, we can ship complete units that have been tested and approved for production. The plasmas and controllers we ship are fully tested and installed prior to shipment. Two days of training is provided on-site at no additional charge. All CNC Plasma Systems can be accessed remotely for training or troubleshooting.

Victory also sells Thermal Dynamics plasmas ranging in resolution from the low-definition Cutmaster, Auto-Cuts and high-definition Ultra-Cut XTs. Thermal Dynamics plasma cutting systems include the Victory II control.
