We love our dolphins and want them all to prosper for future generations. We wish they were as excited as we to see them. Unfortunately, they would be fed by people on boats which is illegal, and ultimately, dangerous, for the dolphins.
If it seems a storm is approaching, the crew and office staff keep watch on the radar and discuss options. If you are nervous about inclement weather you can cancel and reschedule at any time, but cancelling the cruise is usually a last-minute decision. It is highly recommended that you let the Island Time management make the call. If a trip is cancelled due to bad weather you will have the opportunity to cancel, reschedule, or be refunded.
St. Andrews State Park has waters that are suitable for both beginners and experts. There are many beautiful beaches that you can explore. You also have great swimming and snorkeling areas. Paddlers with experience may choose to cross to Shell Island. Or, they can even try sea kayaking out of the pass. You can kayak on Shell Island in safety and comfort by renting a rental package. It includes a ride on a Shell Island Cruise as well as kayaks.

It was great fun to relax on the catamaran while watching out for dolphins. We also enjoyed snorkeling, paddle boarding, and snorkeling. The staff were great! We also saw many sting rays and dolphins. There were very few fish that we could see while snorkeling but it was still a lot of fun.

St. Andrews State Park's waters are great for experienced and beginning kayakers. There is plenty to see and do, including great snorkeling and swimming spots. Paddlers who are experienced may wish to make the crossing from Shell Island. It is best to rent a boat and kayaks to explore Shell Island.
There is no limit to the activities you can experience at or on Shell Island! You can swim, snorkel, paddleboard, go kayaking, sunbathe, hunt seashells, go hiking, have a picnic, and more!
Agree with above, go around 11 a.m., to get the best of daytime sun, because April has some fairly cool days. over a year ago. I'd plan for late morning/early afternoon. There's no shade so if it is really warm you don't want to be there at the absolute hottest part of the day.
