Sidemount Technical Diving Panama City Beach

Why Do People Do Technical Diving

Sidemount Technical Diving Panama City Beach began as a clubhouse. The central hub of a diving community, a place for divers to meet up and plan their next adventure. All are welcomed. The core idea behind our expansion has been the recognition that the status Quo is not good enough. We have constantly examined the systems used in the diving industry and tried to determine if they were safe, efficient, FUN, and safe for customers and divers.

Sidemount Technical Diving Panama City Beach: We are divers first and instructors last. We are also instructors and mentors. However, that is secondary to our diving. Too many instructors become too involved in teaching, and end up not diving with students. This is not what we do! We made a commitment to ourselves that we would never do more training diving in a month than what we did for our own dives. We have also committed to spending at least twice the time on our own diving than we do training. This will ensure we are always able to give the best possible dive instruction. Long-term mentoring relationships are also established with our students. Many of our students have become dive buddies and helped us with our surveys and explorations in Florida and Mexico.

This idea seems to work. The boat was able to grow a diveshop to serve its patrons. The shop has since evolved to a full-service retail and training establishment. We can help you plan your next dive adventure or learn to dive the first time.

We began diving over a decade ago and quickly fell in love with the sport. It became apparent after that first breath off a regulator in the pool that this was going to be a passion. We bought all of our gear before we even headed to the Sea of Cortez for our checkout dives! After returning from our checkout dive weekend, we knew we couldnt wait for another trip to Mexico to dive again. We started diving the waters of Panama and ended up logging over 100 dives our first year as divers. Our passion for diving had taken us over so much that we decided we wanted to help pass it along to others.

Sunset is a magical time to go out on the water. The sun turns gold, painting the sky with a variety of colors and hues that seem almost unbelievable. It's impossible not to be taken by it. The beautiful sunsets, ocean air, and vast sky will allow you to connect with nature. This will give you a sense of calm and relaxation that few people get to experience. A sunset trip will help calm your mind, and give you the chance to take in the beauty of the sunset.
