Sidemount PCB can provide a number of benefits for any diver, but is especially well suited for cave diving. (It was, after all, cave divers who invented sidemount.) Among these benefits:
SidemountPCB is a type of scuba equipment that has diving tubes mounted on the sides of the diver. They are located below the shoulders and along their hips. It was first popularized by cave divers who can penetrate smaller sections of cave and can change tanks with greater ease. Divers who do technical wreck diving penetrations have also discovered the same benefits when operating in restricted spaces. We have qualified instructors who can teach scuba diver training in Thailand.

I consider the start of my technical training sidemount essentials, which I did with Joe Seda in Florida, even though I had completed a Tec 40 / sidemount class prior to starting my training with Joe. The online training allowed Joe to focus on the in-water skills development, which was the foundation for cave training and all other technical training including trimix with Vas Proud. The online training shows what all divers should expect from high quality in-water training, and it expedites in-water skill development. My daughter, who is just starting her journey into diving, has watched the backmount diving videos prior to starting open water training, and I am reviewing the instructors videos to make sure I'm the best 'buddy' I can be for her through her training process. I cannot stress enough the importance of these training tools in the safe development of recreational and technical divers. Daniel Glynn (father and cave diver) read less
Steve/Vas your instructor series are amazing. I will be the first to admit that you are right in everything you have said. Watching the videos can help anyone learn SM. Your series of instructors is simply amazing. I am sure you are right. Watching the videos can help anyone learn SM. Without you, my learning curve was compromised/sacrificed. It took me almost a year to become proficient in AL80s. My tech instructor told me that I was doing tech diving in SM configuration. I had to admit that I was a certified instructor. He replied by saying "You most likely will have a SM workshop with us depending on my performance on dive one". After my first dive, he told me that there was no reason not to take a class. Although your online training is great, I would still go to Joe Seda for the class if it were over. I will take his course in the future so that I can be my best. Regards Tony read less
