Panama City Beach was directly affected by Hurricane Michael in October 2018, a category 4 hurricane. With winds up to 154 mph, and storm surges of more than 10 feet, this storm was the strongest ever to strike the Panhandle. More than 650 artificial coral reefs were subject to hurricane-force winds.
Panama City Beach offers more than diving. It also has outstanding seafood and the largest number of bottlenose dolphins anywhere in the world. Scuba Dive Panama City Beach has a maximum of 14 scuba divers per trip to ensure that everyone feels comfortable. We offer two trips per day, and all charters are open to the general public.

The Discover Scuba class is ideal for those who are just starting out on vacation and don't have the time to do everything. This is the perfect time to learn scuba diving and embark on a new adventure. We can help you if you are passionate about scuba diving and wish to obtain a lifetime certification. 3 days of training in water and some eLearning are required for the first level of diving training.
SCUBA diving is an incredible experience and we are happy to share it with you. We offer SCUBA courses through NAUI. Our courses can be tailored to suit your individual needs. We offer entry-level classes up to Instructor level. We consider diving to be a serious sport and look forward getting you started on your amazing journey.
Never hold your breath
As every good entry-level dive student knows, this is the most important rule of scuba. And for good reason — breath holding underwater can result in serious injury and even death. In accordance with Boyle's law, the air in a diver's lungs expands during ascent and contracts during descent.
As you become a qualified scuba diver, you learn the basics of an essential scuba system. A cylinder, weights, an exposure suit, regulators, BCD gauge and timing device, mask and fins are the bare essentials.
