Panama City Beach’s newest wreck, the El Dorado, is now known as Panama City Beach. Hurricane Michael destroyed the ship in October 2018. She was left stranded off the Hathaway Bridge, as a reminder of the storm's devastation in winter and spring. In May 2019, she became a top-ranked diver.

Do you want to try something new? In just 3 days, you can get your Open Water Scuba Diving Certificate. Your certification is valid for life. You won't have to worry about scheduling because classes are small. If you have been certified but have not dived in a while, we offer refreshers. We will put you on the schedule if you give us a call.
We offer Technical Scuba Training Classes at TDI. Technical Divers dive beyond recreational diving. This may mean diving deeper, longer and higher up, as well as using more exotic gas mixes to help with narcosis. If you are an experienced diver and want to reach the depths of a pool, this is the right place for you. This is how it happens. We have Intro To Tech, Advanced Nitrox or Deco Procedures, Trimix or Advanced Trimix available. We have everything you need for fun, expert-level classes that use top quality gear at full price.
SCUBA diving is serious entertainment and we hope you enjoy it as much. Our entry-level SCUBA training programs are available through NAUI/PADI & SSI. They will help you get in the water quickly and meet your personal training needs.

The interactive map of scuba diving Panama City Beach includes almost 150 dive spots with more than 50 wrecks that were sunk as artificial coral reefs. Never hold your breath
As every good entry-level dive student knows, this is the most important rule of scuba. And for good reason — breath holding underwater can result in serious injury and even death. In accordance with Boyle's law, the air in a diver's lungs expands during ascent and contracts during descent.
As you become a qualified scuba diver, you learn the basics of an essential scuba system. A cylinder, weights, an exposure suit, regulators, BCD gauge and timing device, mask and fins are the bare essentials.
