Our press brakes have sizes from 22 to 44 tons and beds from 4 to 13 inches with manual or CNC controls. We can accept custom orders and length requests for special lengths. All of our presses brakes come standard with safety devices. The rear safety cage disables the machine when the door is opened. This makes it easy to maintain and prevents accidents. An early generation of press brakes used one axis to bend. They were much less powerful than modern machines with twelve or more programable axes. Modern press brakes are precise and generate graphical representations for the operator. Also, the setup time for newer computers has been dramatically reduced. They are capable of quickly calculating optimal settings based the material being used, its dimensions, as well as the desired results. These calculations used be done manually in the past.

Standard currently manufactures the most extensive range of hydraulic brakes. Our ADR5 axis hydraulic press brake series includes 20 models. It ranges from small pressbrakes that measure 4 feet in length to large pressbrakes up to 20-foot in length. We also offer 7 different tonnages from 66 to440 tons. ADS series with more advanced features is available with upto 14 CNC-axis. 32 models are available with metal bending lengths ranging from 6 foot 8 inches to 26 foot 5 inch. Our ADS Series machines are high-end precision metal benders with powerful capacities up to 3.300 tons. These two most popular series of press brakes are also offered by us. We also offer the PBF range for those who require a more basic press brake. There is also the AD Servo brakes which feature a combination of hydraulic and ball screw configurations for quiet operation and energy-efficiency. Standard has also introduced the FBS series of press brakes. This stands for the flexible bending solutions. FBS series brakes for high tonnage are made to order according to customer specifications. You can have tandem, trio or even triple press brakes. Also, you have the option to use material automation and handling tools of any description.

The ADR and the ADS hydraulic press brake is as fast as it is accurate. With accuracy numbers like +- .0004 and repeatability to match, these press brakes take a back seat to no machine made anywhere. As with all the press brakes in the JMT lineup, our concept of �large strokes, high openings and deep throats is ever present in these machines, which allow the operators to make parts with larger flanges and make the removal of those parts much easier for the operator to manage.
