Local Area

Tarpon fishing remains our favorite form of fishing. We are always excited for the tarpon migration every year. The tarpon season in Northwest Florida usually runs from May to August, with June and July being the best months. Tarpon are quite extraordinary fish. Many of them can grow to be as large as 70-200 pounds. This fish is amazing to see swimming in schools. You can even witness their incredible acrobatics while they jump and skim across water. It is thrilling.
