Parents have the option to let their child spend the afternoon fishing with Capt. Chris Nguyen. Fishing Camp allows your child to learn about the basics of bay fishing. Tarpon fishing is our favorite kind of fishing. Every year, we are excited about the tarpon migration. In Northwest Florida the tarpon runs usually from May through to August. June and July are the best months. Tarpon are a very unusual fish. The majority of them are 70-200 lbs in weight. The mere sight of these fish in schools is enough to make you scream! Even better, to have one in your hands and watch their amazing leaps and jumps across the water! It's an amazing experience.

Night fishing in the surf is almost a must in highly populated areas, especially from Memorial Day to Labor Day. In many areas, most surf anglers are forced to fish at night in the summer. During the daytime there are too many bathers and they chase the surf anglers away from the best spots.

The most common species are Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Amberjack, Trigger Fish, Grouper (when in season), Cobia, Sharks, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, False Albacore, Pompano, Jack Crevalle, Speckled Sea Trout, Red Fish, Flounder, Bull Red Fish and who knows, we might even catch a Sailfish.

Peacock Bass or ‘Sargento’, as they are known locally, are not a native game fish of Panama but originate from the Amazon, Rio Negro and Orinoco river basins of South America where they are called Tucanare or Pavon and are considered a premier sportfishing charter quarry.
