St. Andrews State Park Campground Camp Store can rent beach bikes. You can ride along the campground loops or park roads, or on the 2-mile paved bicycle trail that runs through the parks. It's a great spot to view deer or other park wildlife. There are also two short, easy hiking trails through the Park that will allow you to see coastal scrub habitats and native pine forests.

Mochras (commonly known as Shell Island), is a peninsula lying west of Llanbedr in Gwynedd, Wales. It was formed after the River Artro was diverted by the Earl of Winchelsey in 1819 from its previous course where it entered the sea to the south of Mochras.
 

Shell Island is an undeveloped barrier island between St. Andrew Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The area stretching out for 7 miles with no hotels, no restaurants, no food stalls, no trash cans, no picnic tables, no buildings. It's natural beauty for as far as you can see.

Once you get there it is all worth it, as it is the most beautiful water I've ever seen. It is like you are swimming in a pool it is so crystal clear. We didn't know what to expect with this so we went planning to spend a few hours on the island. Come expecting to spend all day!
