This is what really sets this machine apart. You can create layout lines, piece marks, and central points with the scribing. This flexibility has allowed us to use the scribing when we need it and make our own decisions.

The UNIST MQL coolant system has been the standard equipment on the Aveger FORTY and Avenger PLUS. This oil-based coolant promotes longer tool lives. It is not toxic.

A 4-axis layout attachment eliminates human error from manual layout methods. The part information can still be used after blasting, painting, or galvanizing.

Voortman is the only manufacturer of the CNC Beam Drill Line for GSS Machinery. Voortman takes care of all aspects of the CNC Beam Drill Line's installation, warranty, maintenance and repair. Voortman provides the service, but GSS Machinery can always be reached if required.
