If the parts come out black, you forgot to put in the soap.
Flat parts making you feel confused? Flat parts, such as washers, present the greatest challenge for centrifugal bar finishing. These parts can stick to the barrel or wick together, so only one side of the barrel gets deburred. You can add glass beads blasting media to the centrifugal bar finishing process. The beads coat the parts, so they don't stick to each other and the barrel. Parts that tend to be coiled together can also use glass beads.
