The 2000-Series machines were designed with higher production requirements in mind. They are designed to handle such applications as deburring, slag grinding, calibrating/dimensioning, edge radiusing, paint/surface preparation, finishing/polishing or a combination of these applications.
Don�t forget the detergent. You might think that cleaning compound was intended for the metal parts, but in fact the tumbling media needs it. Cleaning compound adds lubricity to keep the pores open in the tumbling media. Once the pores in tumbling media become glazed over, the cutting action of the tumbling media will no longer work and metal parts turn out black. If the parts come out black, you forgot to put in the soap.

Polishing involves a dry process, using ground-up corn cob and embedding polishing compound. The dry processing of the walnut shells can also be carried out using ground-up walnut shells.
The AJ 700 jogger with air-feed paper allows for air to be forced between sheets. This reduces jogging time, eliminates static and powder buildup. This allows digital copies as well as press sheets to be dried immediately following printing to prevent offset. They can be accessed by turning a dial.
Flat parts making you feel confused? Flat parts, such as washers, present the greatest challenge for centrifugal bar finishing. These parts can stick to the barrel or wick together, so only one side of the barrel gets deburred. You can add glass beads blasting media to the centrifugal bar finishing process. The beads coat the parts, so they don't stick to each other and the barrel. Parts that tend to be coiled together can also use glass beads.

We recommend dry machines for grinding processes due to the reduced levels of grit and coarse grit in environments where the temperature isn�t a major factor.
