High-speed cutting is often the first thing fabricators associate with fiber laser cutting technology. Although this may be true for tube cutting, speed is a relative term. It is not about cutting speed, but the time it takes for a tube to be processed to meet its specifications.
Every job shop has to have variety. Parts of different sizes may be obtained from the same tube. The machine must have the ability to load laser-cut parts, which can be as small at 2 inches. each other for a total length of 15 ft. It should also be able to load those parts without damaging them. This can sometimes be a problem with softer metals like aluminum.
For loading tube stock up 80" or 6'8", we offer a tube extension. Please note that the maximum part size for this extension is 52".
A tube extension is available to load tube stock upto 80", or 6’8". It is important to note that the maximum part sizes remain at 52".
Parts are held by automatic tabbing (do in FabCreator) and a set jaws on both the idler and drive chuck.

The most important criteria for the construction of fitness equipment are design, durability, usability, and compactness.
Large diameter tubes and profiles can be cut with CO2. Tubes up O 14"/24" (355mm /610mm)3D Cutting modeCO2 laser
Lasertubes are 2-D and 3-D laser-cutting systems for tubes, bars, and profile. Available in diameters of 12 mm to610 mm (.5"-24"), and up 18 m (60').
Some things are obvious. A fiber laser has a smaller laser "generator" than a CO2-resonator. Actually, the fiber laser is made by banks of diodes which are combined in a small module. These modules can have a power range from 600 to 1,500 W. To create the final powered resonance, multiple modules are spliced together. This is usually the same size as a small filing cupboard. The fiber-optic cables channel the light and amplify it. Fiber-optic cables transmit the same light as when they were generated, with no loss of power and quality. The fiber-optic cable is then adjusted and focused to cut the appropriate material.
Many thought fiber lasers could only be used for thin materials at one time. Due to its longer wavelength, CO2 produced enough kerf for the cutting of thick materials so that there was enough room for material removal. However, the fiber laser wasn't able to produce the same kerf in thicker materials. The problem was solved in recent years by collimating technology which allows for a wider beam of fiber laser-generated light that can be used to create materials separation. Because the beam width can be switched, the machine can use a narrower beam to process thin material. This makes it possible for the machine to process different-sized materials faster on the same fiber laser cutter machine.
StarCut Tube SL, a turnkey machine, includes an fs laser. It is perfect for laser cutting complex shapes like thrombectomy stent retrievers.
StarFeed can be used as an automated loader/unloader to the StarCut Tube laser cutting machine. It comes in two sizes, S and L. The StarFeed allows you to fully automate dry and wet cutting for tubes of any diameter from 1-20mm. StarFeed L can store 48 tubes and allows processing of oval tubing. Its sensor-controlled gripping unit avoids damage. The result is a substantial increase in productivity.
You can manufacture medical devices with precision and maximum availability using Coherent lasers for cutting and drilling, texturizing, texturizing, and marking.

Glass CO2 laser tubes all degrade over time, with lifespans ranging from 3 months to 3 years. With use, the CO2 inside the tube degrades into carbon monoxide and oxygen. Overdriving the tube only accelerates this process and shortens its working life.
Laser tube cutting is a method and technique for cutting tubes, structural shapes, or channels. These items will be cut to the required length during the process. It can also make holes or designs in tubing. It is a precise cutting method.
Laser cutting pipe is the best way to achieve repeatable and precise cutting in applications where the precision of the cut itself is important.
