Voortman uses the long torchnozzle of a special torch to reach the insides of Flanges. We offer a range of sizes to suit the thickness of your material. You can specify which gas is being used with torch tips: Acetylene (Natural Gas), MAPP, Propane and others.

Voortman CNC Beam coping machine's cutting heads are simple and economical oxy fuel heads. They use oxygen and any fuel that you like, such as propylene, acetylene, and natural gas. These gases are extremely inexpensive and easily available from your welding dealer. Welders that are familiar with torch cutting techniques will be able adjust the flow rate of the Oxy fuel just as they are used.

Our factory-trained service techs will spend five days on-site at the time of your machine installation, calibrating it, retraining your operators, and installing the machine. This will allow you to do more than just operate the machine, but also provide troubleshooting training and diagnostic training.

We prefer that the machine be installed indoors but we have many Voortman beam-coper installations outside. Weather protection must be provided for the control panel as well as the machine. We are happy to show you photos from any of our outdoor installations.

The Voortman can import DXF files and can use them to process 3-D shapes as long as the steel is detailed according to specific rules.
