The Advantage-2 is powered via 25 HP (18.5kW), Siemens spindlemotors. It features 3 drill spindles that are equipped with 5-station tool changing stations. This powerful drilling technology ensures optimal operating time as well as drill hole quality.

The ability to mill copes speeds up project completion times tremendously. Coupled with the Advantage-2 user-friendly Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software enables the operator to program parts quickly. Inspect, modify and export part information directly within the 3D platform. The biggest advantages of the Advantage-2 drill has been probably the scribing and the ability to mill slots, large lifting holes. I mean this really kind of sets this machine apart. With the scribing we're able to put piece marks and layout lines, center points. I mean having that flexibility to use it when we want to and make that decision has been really great.

Voortman service technicians do not often have to be present on your machine to address any issues you may have. Voortman technicians will be able operate your control with an internet connection. Voortman AccuMeasure Roller Feed measurement machine offers different saw measurements. AccuMeasure is flexible in handling and has a simplified CNC solution. Splitting apart a saw and drill allows each machine to work simultaneously, increasing production.

This will allow them to be more competitive and profit. It is vital that customers fully understand the Insert Drill Bit (Spade Drill Bit) advantages.

Auto Standoff - This is a surface standoff, and should not be confused in any way with vector standoff using 5-axis mode. Auto stand-off will adjust vertically according to the angle of "A" Axis. There are five (5) axis that are considered during calculations. The machine can be controlled manually using buttons on its screen to make the vector standoff change.
