FAST PROFILE MEASURINGThe Voortman V808 robotic thermal cutting machine is equipped with the fast, accurate and versatile Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping robot. The torch nozzle of the robot is fitted with a measuring sensor to measure the exact profile dimensions. The difference between actual measured profile dimensions and theoretical dimensions are compensated during the cutting process to ensure the most accurate result possible. To save time, the coping robot only measures the sides of the profile that will actually be processed.

Automated marking is more efficient and saves you time in your workshop. The V808 can automatically mark the four sides of the profile. Although marking only three sides of the profile is feasible, workers still have to take measurements on the fourth. Voortman can handle all four sides. FAST PROFILE MESSURINGThe Voortman TL-1800G3 coping and thermal cutting robot is fitted with the Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping system. To accurately measure profile dimensions, the robot's torch nozzle comes with a measuring device. The cutting process compensates any differences between theoretical and actual dimensions to give the best results. The coping robotic measures only the sides that will be used to cut the profile.
