Voortman V808 robotic thermocutting machine is fitted with the faster, more versatile Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping bot. To measure exact profile dimensions, the torch nozzle is equipped with a measuring sensor. The machine parameters automatically compensate for any differences between the actual and theoretical dimensions during the cutting process to ensure that the product is as accurate as possible. The coping robot measures only the sides of the profile to speed up the process.
