You can use your profiles fully from front to rear with the V808 equipped with sliding roller conveyors. This ensures that there is no waste material. In full automation, cross-transports and infeed/outfeed roller conveyors combine to reduce the minimum infeed length by sliding roller conveyors.

AFD CNC Flange and Plate Drilling Machine is able to drill 6 to 80 mm | 1/4” to 3-1/8” thickness within its own working area. Material is driven on the table with balls by fixing it with hydraulic clamping jaws. Material is positioned to the desired coordinates for drilling/marking/tapping by CNC program and then operation starts.

By continuously shifting profiles toward the datum line, new profiles can be loaded onto the handling system where the datum line is always provided with material. This significantly increases your productivity and efficiency, since machines are not waiting in idle mode for a next profile or production batch.

Voortman's V808 doesn’t require a clean cut when nesting new products. It is possible to reduce scrap by using this method. Also, the last cut from a product is the first cut of the next one. The V808 is able to import DSTV+ or VACAM's beam nesting modules to create continuous nestings. You can get more product out of every stock length and reduce costs.

The Voortman V808 robotic thermal cutting machine is equipped with the new faster and more accurate versatile Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping robot. The torch nozzle of the robot is fitted with a measuring sensor to measure the exact profile dimensions. During the cutting process the difference between actual and theoretical dimensions are automatically compensated in the machine parameters to ensure the most accurate product possible. To speed up the process even more, the coping robot only measuring the sides of the profile that will actually be processed.
