Voortman TL-1800G3 coping robotic robot is used to speed up the Voortman v808 thermal cutting machine. To accurately measure profile dimensions, the robot's torch nozzle comes equipped with a measuring device. The machine parameters adjust to compensate for the difference in actual and theoretical dimensions. This ensures that you get the best possible product. The coping machine measures only the sides to be cut in order to speed up this process.

MSI (also known as Multi System Integration) allows you to automate your production by connecting machines to cross-transports, roller conveyors and product buffers. MSI distributes your production data automatically to all integrated machines in your production system by simply importing the production data once.
