Voortman manufactures machines exclusively for GSS Machinery to meet our strict specifications. This Morse Taper chuck adaptor permits you to use standard parallel shank drilling bits for smaller diameters. It has a maximum drilling diameter of 12mm. (12mm) and a minimum drill diameter of 3/64 (1mm).

The CNC Drill Line is an extremely space-efficient beam processing solution as it only requires a floor space of 70ft x 9ft, making it ideal for even the smallest fabricator or fabricators with space limitations. We also have many CNC Drill Line installations that are outside, freeing up even more space for the fabricator.

We have installed over a thousand CNC Drill Lines and Angle Lines around the globe and have found that even a novice programmer can be proficient on the machine in less time than half an hour.

Fabrication

The CNC Drill Line works very well and Avenger operators were often the ones doing the layout. It is not necessary to have any computer knowledge. Full training is given at the time the installation is completed.

The Advantage-2 employs a series of support clamps in order to achieve optimum rigidity of the workpiece through the machine. Carbide tool life is best sustained with the least amount of vibration possible.
