Auto Standoff – This is not to be confused by vector standoff in 5-axis modes. Auto standoff works by using a changing surface. The angle of the Axis will determine how vertically it adjusts. The Franklin HD145 (3) spindle-cNC drill is 44 inches wide. The HD-145 can lift beams of up to 750 lbs per feet. The high-performance spindle design allows drilling speeds of up to 2000 RPM. The rigid design of the spindle allows for very aggressive feed rates, up to 300 ft per minute. Round tubes are the strongest by weight. It is more resistant to bending and twisting than rectangular or square tubing with the same chemical composition and dimensions.

For small buildings, the distance between two reinforced columns is between 3-4m and 6-9m. Larger facilities that require large columns and lots of free space will have to be at least 6-9m. A distance of 5m is acceptable for ordinary structures. The maximum span is 7.5, while the minimum is 2.5m.

The dimensions of the steel bars required for beam and column are determined by the design structure, load on it, and span between two supports. For beam and column, the size of steel bars is generally 12mm to 25mm.

The shorter beam will therefore be stronger when carrying the same load. To compare beam strengths, it is necessary to take into account more than the section modulus.

T Beam's disadvantages: Because the beam slab is monolithic (rigid), its resistance to lateral shear forces becomes very weak. (cracks develops quickly). This is why T beams are used for high-rise buildings in earthquake-prone areas.
