Renishaw 5-Axis Calibration - This calibration unit is a Renishaw model APCA45, with a modified spherical tip. To remove dust and debris during activation, the device comes with a retractable cover. It attaches to a swing arm that is controlled by a pneumatic motor. This allows it to be out of the way during normal operation, and then swings into the calibration position.

CNC Drill Line beam processing solutions are extremely efficient. It requires only 70ft x nineft of floor space, making it suitable for small fabricators or those with limited space. There are also many CNC Drill Lines that can be installed outside, which frees up more space for the fabricator.

Auto Standoff – This is not to be confused by vector standoff in 5-axis modes. Auto standoff works by using a changing surface. The angle of the Axis will determine how vertically it adjusts. With the buttons on your screen, you can make the vector-standoff change while the machine's running manually.

MultMaster is an extension to the Roller Feed measurement systems. It can perform small-sized cuts that would otherwise need manual positioning. This accessory automates the processing of short residual sections on a Voortman drill-saw tandem system, allowing for quick and easy material processing.

CNC-controlled programming allows beam drill lines to accurately drill holes in various steel profiles. These machines can be used to cut holes in a variety of steel profiles without the need for you to manually draw or lay out the positions.

Step one is to determine the beam's total load and live load. Identify the type of load that you are supporting (roof, floor, or non-snow) and then choose the span you require. Match the live load and total loads to the values in the tables. You will see the thickness and depth of each required member.

Round tubes are the strongest by weight. It is more resistant to bending and twisting than rectangular or square tubing with the same chemical composition and dimensions.

The shorter beam will therefore be stronger when carrying the same load. To compare beam strengths, it is necessary to take into account more than the section modulus.

C-Channel is usually stronger than tube in the vertical direction (as shown in the beam profile chart picture above).
