Welding arm, which is the main part of welding work, can move horizontally along cross beam, together with tool carriage. Also, it can move up or down using the directional wheels on the tool carriage. It is mounted under the welding beam. Seam tracking device has the function of automatic track, which can maintain a suitable distance between welding gun & welding seam. Also, it has an auto compensation function for Hbeam deformation.
At Gulf States Saw & Machine Co., we understand that no two fabricators have the same need – as processes and nature of tasks may differ. We pulled together only the best of structural fabrication machines suited to your individual need. No matter what your choice range is, we’ve got you covered!
Although actual production capacity depends on the size of the beams to be made, the typical output is approximately 2,000 tons per month and only three workers work an eight-hour shift.
Beam Layout Welding includes a tool carriage mechanism, a platform with a vertical column and an upper platform, seam tracking devices, wire feeding devices, wire reel supporter and flux recovery systems.
There will always be H beam welding machines on the market, especially when you consider that there are more manufacturers! Gulf States Saw & Machinery Co is the only manufacturer you can trust. We have been in the industry over a decade and have had nothing but happy clients.
The Beam Layout Welding features an Electrical Control Panel that provides maximum system control flexibility. The Welder is capable of operating in either manual or automatic modes. You can set the sequence of operation using the individual controls on your control panel. The welding parameters can be set on each head controller individually.
The tacking fixture can be used to assemble the beam before it is sent to the Main welder. The web is brought in from the seam welded and flange storage racks. They are then moved to the tacking fixture where they are placed before tacking the beam's leading edge. A manual operator can load the flanges on conveyors, or an automated process using PHI’s flange-loading Gantry.
A welded beam consists of three individual sections of steel – a web, a top flange and a bottom flange. These segments are merged together with deep fillet welds to create an incredibly robust building material.
